Why trust the data
- Annual figures come from the 10-K reports companies file with the SEC.
- They are checked against the official filings. 478 of 505 companies carry the “Verified against official filings” badge; a company without it shows what is missing.
- Annual reports are linked to their filings at sec.gov: 4,590 reports of 501 companies, fiscal years 2006 to 2026, for most companies from about 2017.
A note from the founder
Why StockYears. I'm Kseniya, the founder. I wanted one place to see how a company's revenue, profit and cash flow changed year by year, and to open the original 10-K behind the numbers. Most free sites show a few years, and checking a figure against the filing takes a lot of clicking. StockYears covers 505 US public companies with annual financials from FY2007 where available, links recent annual reports to their filings at sec.gov, and publishes how we check the numbers.
Questions
Where does the data come from?
Annual figures come from the 10-K reports companies file with the SEC and are checked against those filings. Market prices come from our data partner. See our methodology.
What do I get for free?
The latest five years of annual financials and prices for every company, key ratios, recent insider purchases and sales (Form 4), the first line of each risk-factor change, yearly tables for all currency pairs, commodities and crypto, a watchlist of 5 companies with a weekly digest, and 1 full-history company export per month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open your account, choose Manage subscription and cancel in the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; cancelling does not by itself refund the current period. Lifetime is a one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel.
Is there a refund?
30-day money-back guarantee, conditions apply. See the refund policy.
Are taxes included?
Pro and Unlimited prices include applicable tax. The Lifetime price is shown before tax; any applicable tax is added at checkout. Stripe is our merchant of record and calculates it.
How is StockYears different from free stock sites?
Annual financials from FY2007 where available, in one table, figures checked against official filings, links to recent 10-K filings, and one-click Excel or CSV export.
Is this investment advice?
No. StockYears shows data reported in company filings. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell.
