StockYears (stockyears.com) is operated by SEOHub Digital Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“SEOHub Digital”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it, under UK GDPR.

1. What we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you choose to set one, a display name.
• Billing data: handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and subscription status, not your card details.
• Usage data: pages viewed, general device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address, used to understand how the site is used.

2. How we use it

• To provide your account, subscription and the features of your plan.
• To send service emails, such as billing receipts or account notices.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve the site.
• To detect and prevent abuse of the service.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party processors to run StockYears:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Supabase — database hosting for account and application data.
• Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure.
• SiftingIO — supplies the market and financial data shown on the site; we do not send them your personal data.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep records for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Your rights

StockYears is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16.
