StockYears (stockyears.com) is operated by SEOHub Digital Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“SEOHub Digital”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using StockYears, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. The service
StockYears presents historical financial, price and market data for companies and markets, sourced from company filings and third-party market data providers. A Free tier shows the latest five years of data for each company. Pro and Founder plans unlock the full available history and additional data.
2. Not investment advice
StockYears is an information service, not an investment adviser. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, currency, commodity or other asset, and nothing here constitutes financial, legal or tax advice. Data is drawn from company filings and third-party sources and may contain errors, omissions or delays. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from this site, and you should consult a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions.
3. Accounts and subscriptions
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Paid plans (Pro and Founder) are billed as described at checkout. All paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, redistribute or bulk-export data from StockYears except as expressly permitted by your plan, and not to use the service in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
5. Data and third parties
Market data is provided by SiftingIO. We do not control the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party data and disclaim liability for errors in it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
StockYears is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOHub Digital Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on data presented on this site, including trading or investment losses.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time via the billing portal or by contacting us.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StockYears after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
